We are looking for an experienced and visionary Hotel Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of Hotel OCEANIKA. This role goes beyond traditional hotel management—it’s about shaping a new way of living that seamlessly blends hospitality with flexibility. You will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional guest and resident experience, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of service and innovation within your team.

As Hotel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the property, from revenue management and guest satisfaction to team leadership and compliance. You will play a central role in building a strong operational foundation while bringing our bold vision for flexible living to life in Málaga/Torremolinos. Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
