As we scale across countries and borders, the Habyt Operations Team is critical to providing our members with a seamless and joyful experience. As a vital member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for the quality of operations for your assigned cluster. You are highly organised and have excellent communication skills. You can multi-task and jointly with a cross-functional team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the operations team and cross-functionally to continuously improve and deliver a seamless member experience across Habyt.
- Serve as the liaison between Members, Staff, and, when requested by the Operations Manager and landlords.
- Collaborate closely with the Member Experience Team to monitor and address any unauthorised vandalism or removal of property. Ensure timely execution of appropriate actions, including member evictions when necessary, to maintain a safe and respectful community environment.
- Manage operations-related member tickets, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions that meet SLAs and maximise CSAT.
- Source, manage, and negotiate vendor relationships, contracts, and payments.
- Support and maintain facilities service contracts (e.g. MEP, Customer Support, Landscaping, Pest Control).
- Project-manage large-scale en-blocs and individual strata units to ensure proper maintenance and customer response.
- Oversee building health, conducting quality checks to enhance operations and member satisfaction.
- Procure emergency items for repairs and asset improvements.
- Assist in building processes to measure and improve member NPS scores.
- Act as a backup for physical move-ins and move-outs of Habyt’s members.
The skills, attitude, and experience we require are:
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent with 1 year of experience in operations, property management, facilities, or hospitality.
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, P&L statements, and performance goals.
- Skilled in MEP systems, HVAC, safety protocols, cleaning processes, and vendor management.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
- Effective in adapting to dynamic, multi-cultural environments and driving change.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experienced in overseeing housekeeping operations, scheduling, and supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Salesforce, PMS, and helpdesk systems.
