Revenue Systems & Performance Manager (m/f/d)
About the Role

As Revenue Systems & Performance Manager (FLEX) you will be a hands-on revenue professional focused on execution and operational excellence, not theory. You will operate and configure Atomize RMS, enforce pricing discipline, and partner closely with Hotel Managers to optimize revenue and profitability as Habyt FLEX scales across markets.
You will be responsible for driving revenue performance across a growing portfolio of properties, ensuring pricing frameworks and system configurations consistently drive RevPAR and protect GOP.
Responsibilities & Outcomes
Revenue Strategy & System Operations
Operate and configure Atomize Revenue Management System according to best practices to set daily pricing and availability strategies.
Define pricing frameworks, restrictions, and guardrails that align with business goals and market conditions.
Reduce manual overrides through automation and system trust improvements.
Revenue Execution & Performance
Collaborate with Hotel Managers to propose actionable pricing decisions that drive RevPAR growth while protecting GOP.
Monitor and control OTA mix, ensuring channel distribution drives optimal yield.
Identify performance trends and market signals to adjust strategies swiftly and effectively.
Insights & Reporting
Deliver clear, actionable performance insights to Hotel Managers and leadership.
Build and maintain revenue dashboards and reporting structures that track outcomes and guide decisions.
Who You Are
Experience & Skills
Hands-on background in hospitality revenue management, with a strong operational focus.
Systems-oriented with the ability to configure and manage RMS tools.
Comfortable driving execution in environments with imperfect data; strong analytical instincts.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally — especially with operations and hotel leadership.
Technical & Domain Knowledge
Experience with Atomize RMS, Mews, D-EDGE, or similar revenue and distribution tools is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of RevPAR, GOP, channel mix, pricing levers, restrictions, and revenue drivers.
Ability to translate complex performance data into simple recommendations and actions.
